| Simulated 3-D is where
an item is draw in perspective so it looks like 3-D. The
difference being that if you wanted to see the object
from another view, it would have to be redrawn if it
were a simulation to start of with. If the object is
created in true 3-D then it is very simple to rotate the
view and have the computer render all the perspective
for you. Both the sphere with a slice taken out and the
abstract graphic are simulated 3-D. |
